Job Purpose

Manage and lead the assigned landside projects at KFIA, ensuring high quality through effective management and execution of assignments with respect to time, project schedules and within budget.

Position Accountability Description

Project Management 
1. Engage with stakeholders during business case development to obtain budget approval. 
2. Support in the planning phase during the tendering process, including (TPS, Scope of Work, technical Evaluation) 
3. Ensure the delivery and monitoring of project activities daily, assuring compliance with the project timeline 
4. Ensure efficient and effective project scheduling, resource allocation, quality control, and cost management. 
5. Coordinate the work of the project team and stakeholder engagement to ensure timely completion of tasks. 
6. Regularly monitor project progress, conduct meetings rhythmically, identify and mitigate risks, and adjust as needed. 
7. Ensure compliance with all legal, security and safety requirements related to project activities at airport 
8. Coordinate with Engineering to review all project technical submittals, inspections and issue work permits. 
9. Review and process invoices received from contractors of project deliverables as per the agreed payment terms. 

Change Management 
10. Manage and adapt to changes in project scope, schedule, costs, requirements or external factors, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies to manage the changes effectively. 
11. Apply Dammam Airport policy and procedure for any variation orders. 

Documentation and Reporting 
12. Provide regular updates and generate reports on project status and progress. 
13. Communicating project status updates to stakeholders and upper management through reports and presentations 
14. Ensure project documentation, including keeping detailed project notes and records archived in Dammam Airport database.
15. Ensure project documentation, including safety and quality reports 

Project Closeout 
16. Ensure financial close-out by providing all supporting documents, including but not limited to warranties and performance bonds.
