Position Accountability Description

Strategic HC Management  

1.           Oversee the development and implementation of HC strategies that align with organizational goals, ensuring seamless communication and integration across all HC functions, including talent management, recruitment, OD, and employee services. 

2.           Collaborate with business leaders and HC team leads to ensure that all HC initiatives are strategically aligned with the company’s short & long-term objectives, including workforce planning, talent management, organizational development, and talent retention. 

3.           Monitor and evaluate HC policies and initiatives, working closely with team leads to recommend adjustments that maintain alignment with business objectives and meet evolving employee needs. 

Employee Relations & Compliance 

4.           Provide strategic oversight for employee relations by supporting managers and HC team members in resolving complex issues, ensuring alignment with organizational values, legal compliance, and best practices. 

5.           Ensure compliance with legal and internal policies, coordinating with the Employee Services team to mitigate legal risks and maintain regulatory adherence across all HC activities. 

6.           Champion employee well-being initiatives, such as wellness programs, mental staff health support, and work-life balance policies, in collaboration with the Employee Services team. 

7.           Review & assess staff turnover and recommend and develop talents retention plans. 

 Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

7.           Guide and support the recruitment team in streamlining and enhancing recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes through innovative strategies and continuous improvement initiatives. 

8.           Collaborate with HC and business leaders to forecast talent needs and develop workforce plans that attract and retain top talent. 

9.           Oversee employer branding initiatives, ensuring that they are effectively communicated and position the organization as an employer of choice in the market.
